On Monday, 1/13/2020, Judge Fallon entered an Order and Judgment granting final approval of the Taishan Class Settlement. The Taishan Claim Form is now available online on the Settlement Program Portal at https://www3.browngreer.com/Drywall/Logon.aspx. A claimant who is already listed on the Revised Master Spreadsheet does NOT need to complete a claim form. The claim form is only for absent class members and known class members who are not listed on the Revised Master Spreadsheet. Please check the Revised Master Spreadsheet before completing a claim form. You may view the Revised Master Spreadsheet here.

The deadline to submit the claim form and supporting documentation is Wednesday, February 12, 2020. Follow these instructions to submit your claim form online.
