Chinese Drywall Portal Webinars

We created a series of online training videos to assist you in using the Chinese Drywall Settlement Program Web Portal to submit and manage your claims. These training videos provide step-by-step instructions for submitting online Claim Forms. These videos provide guidance in utilizing the functionality of the Portal and should be used in conjunction with the Online Claim Type Submission Instruction Booklet.

Click on the link for the video title compatible with your operating system. All videos will open in your Windows Media Player. Mac users may need to install the Windows Media Components for QuickTime to view these videos.
